Build It and They Will Come.

We have a family friend that is having a birthday this week and he is very excited that his oldest is now starting to play with Lego because he now has an excuse to buy Lego that his wife can't complain about.  For this reason, I just had to make a Lego card.  The blocks are 2 * 3.1/4.  The circles are made with my 3/4 inch punch.  I distressed all the edges to give the blocks a bit more dimension.  The stamp is from Birthday Medallions by Stampendous.  Can you guess what we got him as a gift?

DH did it again.  I was so proud of this card and asked him if I should turn it into DS's Valentine's next year.  I was playing with puns, maybe "Don't Lego.  Be my Valentine."  At that point DH goes, "Oh is that what they are?  They can't be Lego, they are 2D.  Lego don't stack like that.  I was going to ask last night but you were so happy with it I thought it might be a bad idea."
