Just a quick 4.25*4.25 notecard today. I've had this woven panel in my stash for a while and it was begging to be used. I should have mounted it too on black cardstock now that I look at it but I put the adhesive down before I put the black on the embossed frog. I know better than to adhere before being totally done but oh well. The frog is from a local company, Old Island Stamps and I just think he's adorable.
I really wanted to make a monochromatic green card to join the Speedy Fox and Friends - Green challenge today since they are having a pirate set as a prize. DS decided yesterday that he wants a pirate party for his birthday after I had pretty much gotten a handle on what to do for a Harry Potter party. Thank goodness for Spring Break. It gives me a chance to think and plan before throwing me back into the pile. I don't know how my mother planned and organized for little kids parties before the internet. I managed to get most of the supplies sent to me me without ever leaving my house! The invitations should appear on my blog later this week.
