Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer
I'm playing with an idea that I've CASE'd from my friend HappyCrafter. You can see her original window scene cards here. I love hers far more but this card served it's purpose. I will not sleep dreaming of cards rather than report card comments. Writing reports in my sleep always makes me tired! The snowbanks were made by masking with some printer paper. The background was done in 5 different shades of blue, not that you can really tell in this photo. It looked a little grey and blah so I added some yellow to the sky. It looks more subtle in real life. The trees are from a Walk in the Wood and the the sentiment from Christmas Cardinals, both from Mark's Favourite Papers. The deer was given to me by HappyCrafter to play with. The punch is Martha Stewart with a little scrap ribbon thrown in. I ended up having to colour a half pearl with a Copic to get poor Rudolf's nose.
