We Wish You a Moo-rry Christmas and a Hap-pig New Year

If you follow my blog, you know that I have a terrible love of puns.  It's probably because I teach primary students.  I've never developed above their level.  The second I saw this month's farm release from Mark's Finest Papers, I started to brainstorm different puns I could do with them.  When I saw this week's Sketch with a Twist to use animals on a Christmas card, I just knew what I wanted to create.  The sentiment is computer generated.  The layout even worked to allow me such a long sentiment.  I then saw the Christmas hats die at my LSS and could not pass it up.  What a great piece to make non-holiday stamps into Christmas ones.  It opens so many possibilities.  I know this wouldn't be for everyone but I can't wait to give it to my Grandfather.  We exchange pigs at every holiday.  This will be perfect.

Challenges this Card Meets:
Speedy TV's Sketch with a Twist:  Christmas with Animals
Christmas Card Challenges: Christmas Card with a Non-Traditional Image
Craft Room Challenges - Something New (My new set, Country Charm by Mark's Finest Papers)
Crafty Hazelnut's August Christmas Challenge
Creative Card Crew - Down on the Farm
Use it Tuesday - Uninked Stamps
