Today's challenge on Simple Salutations is to use embossing so I used both heat and dry embossing on this one layer card. The branches, which are from MFP's new Chill in the Air set, is heat embossed in Old Olive. The sentiment from MFP's Christmas Cardinals is also heat embossed in Real Red. The baubles are an embossing folder I've had for ages that I then sponged on top. The base is Kraft which gives everything a slightly softer, more muted effect than white. A great mailing card with no embellisments.
