Apples For My Teacher

This week's challenge on MFP's Sketch with a Twist is to make a card for a friend.  It doesn't matter what kind of card it is as long as you are sending it to a friend.  As a teacher, I often try to slip little notes to my friends and colleagues to brighten up the day.  I was very fortunate this year to have a friend also be my son's teacher so this card will be for her.
