Cracked Pot

This week on MFP's Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge, we are making flower pot cards.  I decided I wanted to make a cracked resin pot, like the ones I wish I had on my front step.  I used the cracked glass technique on my grey card stock and I love how this turned out, although I did use over half a bottle of embossing powder for it.  I used the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers, found here.

The flowers are paper tole.  I used MFP's Great Flowers for it,  stamping on Rose Red, Melon Mambo and Primrose Petals.

  1. Beautiful flower arrangement Lovely job here

  2. Love your flower pot card! You can see all the detail and work you put into it! Lovely!!!

  3. Very elegant flowers and pot. Love the red and black together.

  4. How beautiful!! I just love how you made that pot and the flowers are to die for! NJ!

  5. Your blooms are just beautiful and I love the resin pot.

  6. Oh, yes.....I LOVE the embossing on the flower pot!!! I burn up embossing powder like it is going out of style, so I know how big embossing projects like this can really use it up. I started buying mine in the big industrial 55 gallon containers....Ha!
