Cracked Pot

This week on MFP's Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge, we are making flower pot cards.  I decided I wanted to make a cracked resin pot, like the ones I wish I had on my front step.  I used the cracked glass technique on my grey card stock and I love how this turned out, although I did use over half a bottle of embossing powder for it.  I used the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers, found here.

The flowers are paper tole.  I used MFP's Great Flowers for it,  stamping on Rose Red, Melon Mambo and Primrose Petals.

  6. Oh, yes.....I LOVE the embossing on the flower pot!!! I burn up embossing powder like it is going out of style, so I know how big embossing projects like this can really use it up. I started buying mine in the big industrial 55 gallon containers....Ha!
