If you read my blog, you may recognize the navy thank you medallion in the middle of the card. I had made 50 thank you cards for my brother's wedding and miscounted and made about 10 extra medallions that are now sitting on my dinning room table. It fell onto this patterned paper and I was inspired. I swear most of my inspiration come from cleaning off the table. This was really simple. I only added rhinestones to the centres of some of the flowers on the paper. It was a great way to use up some odd coloured stones that I've had since I began card-making. I had fallen in love with bling and bought every colour. Now I'm still trying to use up some of the different shades. Finding out that I can colour clear rhinestones with Copics was a happy day.
