Today's Challenge on MFP's Sketch with a Twist is to make a card using polka dots. I love polka dots and have far more paper with them than I care to admit. I liked how this card turned out but couldn't decide if I wanted to give it as a birthday card or a thank you card so I'm going to add the sentiment to the border when I decide whom is the recipient.
The flower was fun. It's actually 3 layers. The first is the largest flower of MFP's Huge Blooms set. The second layer is the smaller flower popped up on recycled rubber. I then stamped the smaller flower a second time and popped up the inner layer of petals and added seed beads to the centres.
Stamps: MFP's Huge Blooms
Papers: Gina K's Luxury White for the base, DP is an unknown birthday pad purchased from Walmart.
Ink: Black Versafine
Accessories: Pink Seed Beads from my stash (think 20 years old)
Very pretty! Love that big bloom.
